- Conduct research and development activities to formulate new paint products and improve existing formulations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the paints and coatings sector.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in product performance and manufacturing processes, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities, formulations, and test results for future reference and compliance.
- Support scale-up processes from laboratory to pilot and full-scale production, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of raw materials and suppliers based on technical and cost criteria.
- Ensure all R&D activities adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.1-3 years of experience in research and development within the paints, coatings, or chemical industry.Strong understanding of paint formulation, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.Proven ability to conduct laboratory experiments and analyze complex data.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
