Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for RF and telecom test equipment used by mobile operators and engineering labs.
- Support the deployment and configuration of:
- Mobile network drive testing and benchmarking tools
- Spectrum and signal analysis tools
- VNAs and RF component testers
- Measurement and automation software platforms
- Assist customers during field trials, PoCs, and testing campaigns.
- Conduct product training sessions and basic user certification workshops.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalate complex cases to OEMs or internal specialists when needed.
- Maintain service logs, documentation, calibration records, and license status.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for customer demos and technical consultations.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience:1–3 years in a technical support, application engineering, or RF testing role.Experience working with RF or telecom test instruments in field or lab environments.Technical Skills:Knowledge of mobile network technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR.Familiarity with RF concepts: impedance, S-parameters, VSWR, signal strength, spectrum and vector measurements.Hands-on experience with at least one category of test instruments (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, drive test tools) is a plus.Comfortable with firmware/software updates, device interfaces, and Windows OS environments.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
