To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sector Manager by coordinating internal communications, following up on assigned tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments under the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sector Manager and internal departments.
- Track and follow up on tasks and action items assigned to different teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and organize internal reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal reviews as required by the Sector Manager.
- Maintain updated records and filing systems (both digital and hard copies) for correspondence, reports, and administrative files.
- Support in drafting emails, memos, and formal communications on behalf of the Sector Manager.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing operations and projects and alert the Sector Manager of any delays or pending issues.
- Assist in preparing operational summaries, performance updates, and dashboards upon request.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.High level of professionalism in handling confidential information.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
