Sales Executive

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during product selection and execution.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. 
  • Process sales through conversational channels with professionalism
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Build long-term client trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, Factory, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Preparing sales reports and daily transaction records
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gender : No preference Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably Applied Arts graduate Experience: 2–5 years of experience in furniture sale Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sales Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills , Customer service OrientedComputer Skills: Good user of MS Office & Internet and ERP System, e.g Jira.Language: Good English is a must Digital Tools : Frequent user of WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs.Personal Traits : Presentable with professional attitude                                           Fast learner, Dependable, Credible & Trustful, Organized, and Accurate                                            Enthusiastic, Goal-oriented and committed to performance target
