- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, tax, and company requirements.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate data flow and integration.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee files, and compensation data securely and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and relevant authorities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, social insurance, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and support year-end payroll activities, including tax filings, salary certificates, and annual reports.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll procedures and internal controls.
- Assist in payroll audits and collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in payroll processingSolid knowledge of payroll systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems).Familiarity with labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance rules.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
