Role Overview:
Lead our creative vision. You'll manage the artistic direction for all brand campaigns, digital assets, and visual projects across multiple platforms. You'll also supervise and mentor a team of designers and content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute compelling visual strategies for branding, marketing, and storytelling.
-Oversee the creative process from concept through execution.
-Guide designers, video editors, and copywriters to align with brand voice and strategy.
-Collaborate with marketing, tech, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
Required Competencies:* +5 years of experience as art/creative director at reputable company/agency.* Proven experience as Art/Creative Director in an agency or tech company.* Strong portfolio showcasing brand leadership and visual storytelling.* Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).*Leadership, team management, and strategic thinking skills.* Sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
