- Administer day-to-day human resources operations.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews, interviewing candidates and providing feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for our clients inquiries and follow up ensure clients satisfaction.
- may require a Weekly visit to our clients premises.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations, ensuring accurate documents.
- Follow up on company linkedin page.
1-4 years of experience in a human resources or related role Specially in recruitment (mandatory).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Familiarity with HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
