Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging or related industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to work independently and manage remote teams in a home-based arrangement.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Adaptability to changing market conditions and business priorities.Results-driven mindset with a passion for customer success.Experience in paper, carton, boxes or packaging is a must
