Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and analyze offers technically and commercially.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Review supplier contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and documents.
- Coordinate with technical and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track purchase orders and ensure materials arrive according to project schedules.
- Prepare regular procurement status reports and supplier performance evaluations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.3 to 7 years of experience in procurement for finishing works in construction projects.Strong knowledge of finishing materials and specifications (e.g., marble, ceramics, paint, gypsum works, etc.).Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and preferably project management software (Primavera or MS Project).Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
