Project Coordinator Engineer

The Design Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of design-related projects. They work closely with designers, project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

• Coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Support design teams by managing schedules, tracking milestones, and organizing project files and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and design documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Maintain project databases, shared drives, and design libraries.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate with procurement or production teams when needed (e.g., for samples, mater.

Assist in preparing RFPs and reviewing design consultant proposals when needed.
• Track project timelines, approvals, and submissions (e.g. permits, drawings, design revisions).
• Organize and maintain design documentation including presentations, technical drawings, and material schedules.
• Monitor consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and design standards.
• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Support value engineering, cost control, and material selection processes in collaboration with procurement and cost consultants.


• Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a design or creative environment.• Experience working with real estate developers, architectural firms, or urban planning teams.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project)• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe photoshop, AutoCAD) Revit is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
