Qualifications:
- A dual degree is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development.
- Proven experience in large-scale project development.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating acquisitions and securing financing commitments.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the company’s daily operational functions.Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies.Oversee department heads and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.Design, implement, and refine operational systems and procedures.Prepare detailed operational reports and analyze business trends.Drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability across all functions.Support strategic negotiations, including acquisitions and financing.
