Account Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving growth, and leading a small team to deliver results. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Proactively resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Monitor and report on account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support direct reports with coaching and regular feedback
  • Allocate tasks effectively and manage team workflows
  • Monitor team performance and guide continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and results

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer success, operations) to meet client expectations
  • Contribute to the development and execution of account growth strategies
  • Keep leadership informed of key client updates, challenges, and opportunities
  • Support the delivery of company-wide KPIs and strategic objectives

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field2–5 years of experience in client management, account handling, or customer successStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailFluency in English (spoken and written)
