Business Development Engineer (Spare Parts)

• Develop and implement innovative, data-driven business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Lead market research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Create and deliver customized sales presentations to highlight key product benefits and value propositions.
• Support the sales team with effective communication strategies to boost customer engagement and conversion.
• Conduct onboarding and training programs for new hires, focusing on after-sales skills and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance team performance.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate long-term business.
• Monitor customer performance using Flop & White Spots criteria; generate performance reports and insights.
• Enhance ERP systems to improve integration across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system upgrades that boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOBS) inventory; develop sales plans to optimize inventory turnover.


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or equivalent.• Strong technical background in Automotive.• Knowledge of Mercedes EPC is preferred.• Good knowledge of supply chain procedures is preferred.
