AMDesigns is a leading interior design and execution firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and update balance sheets, profit/loss summaries, and other financial statements.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for design and execution projects.
- Prepare and review site financial reports.
- Monitor and document site expenses.
- Prepare and follow up on project financial extracts.
- Record and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support payroll preparation and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on payment and invoicing.
- Support audit processes and assist with end-of-month financial closing activities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.2–4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within interior design, construction, or contracting sectors.Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Experience in payroll, cash flow management, and preparing project profitability reports.Ability to compile and analyze site financial data, including reporting on project-level expenses and performance.Proven ability to track and manage on-site spending, ensuring alignment with project budgets.Proficiency in Excel and financial management software.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
