Local Purchasing Specialist

  • Execute and manage local purchasing activities according to procurement plans and budget.
  • Coordinate with technical and warehouse departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Continuously search for new suppliers and improve relationships with existing vendors.
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchasing performance and cost analysis for management.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in local purchasing.Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).Strong knowledge of local suppliers and vendor evaluation.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Previous experience in the medical supplies sector or similar industries is a strong advantage.
