 - Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
 - Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices and educational methodologies.
 
  Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher; a Doctorate in Nursing or Education is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to evaluate and assess student performance effectively.Proficiency in clinical skills and nursing knowledge.Certification: CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) may be preferred.
