- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist for a temporary 4-month assignment. The ideal candidate will support daily human resources operations and assist with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general HR administration.
- Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with HRIS systems and confidentiality regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
- Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in the English LanguageAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
