Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
Resolve customs-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Ensure all customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and paid accurately.
Maintain organized records of all customs transactions and correspondence.
Provide guidance to internal teams on customs procedures and regulatory changes.
