- Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, organize files, and assist in executive tasks
- Record daily financial transactions and update spreadsheets
- Process invoices, payments, and basic reconciliations
- Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
- Process tax payments
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in admin, PA, or finance rolesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelBasic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and discretion with confidential matters
