Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of projects, guide the development team, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Daily tasks include writing and reviewing code, performing system architecture tasks, mentoring team members, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
Proven experience with software development and web technologies, including coding, debugging, and testingTechnical leadership skills, including project management, guiding and mentoring developers, and ensuring code qualityProficiency in system architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principlesExcellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to lead technical discussionsStrong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologiesExperience with Agile methodologies and project management toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
