Administration Manager

STM - Egypt - Cairo

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions within the company. This includes office management, documentation control, regulatory compliance & policies execution, vendor coordination, and supporting property management and sales teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations, including reception, clerical support, and facility management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead administrative staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Manage office facilities and resources, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and supplies inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities.
  • Manage & Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed.
  • Assist in preparing departmental budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Generate reports on administrative activities, resource usage, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business administration, Management, or related field.7- 10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in real estate or property development.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) are a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
