Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldRegional experience in Engineering field8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Engineering industryProven track record of successful full-cycle recruitingStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practicesProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR softwareExcellent interviewing and candidate assessment skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated experience in employer branding and social media recruitingKnowledge of local job market trends and competitor landscapeExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluency in English
