The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finance and accounting processes, combined with hands-on experience implementing ERP systems. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring financial modules, and ensuring successful ERP implementations that align with client objectives.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to understand their current financial processes, pain points, and future needs. Document these requirements clearly and comprehensively.
- Solution Design: Design and configure the ERP system's financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Management, Treasury) to meet the client's specific business requirements.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure the ERP system based on the approved design. This may involve setting up a chart of accounts, defining accounting periods, configuring workflows, and customizing reports.
- Training: Develop and deliver training to end-users on how to use the ERP system's financial modules. Create training materials and conduct hands-on training sessions.
- Data Migration: Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data is cleansed, transformed, and loaded into the new ERP system accurately.
- Go-Live Support: Provide post-implementation support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials, and user manuals.
- Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on ERP best practices and industry trends in finance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications & Soft Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years specializing in Dynamics 365 BC, F&O, or similar ERP systems.Preferred Working in MS Dynamics Products “Business Central / Finance & Operations”or similar ERP systems.Strong expertise in financial management and accounting principlesProfessional knowledge in financial accounting, reporting, and financial statements is a must.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand and address their financial needsAbility to lead people, teams, and projectsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDocumentation management and the ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Good Command of the English LanguageA history of leading and supporting successful projects.
