  • Develop banking relationships, ensure that there is a coherent and effective strategy in place, take responsibility for the development of new facilities (if needed), build strong relationship with banks, and being the bank's first point of contact.
  • Implement an effective cash management system and to ensure effective internal control measures are in place concerning cash revenue, collections, deposits, and payments.
  • Interacting with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. brand managers, employees, freelancers, vendors, etc.) and responding promptly to payments-related queries.
  • Review and control all Debit / Credit cards transactions, AMEX statements.
  • Responding to bank inquiries, opening new bank accounts, following up on suspended accounts, and working to solve any problems.
  • Negotiating with banks to get the best exchange rate and trying to reduce currency differences losses, if any.
  • Review banking expenses, ensure their validity, and makerecommendations to reduce them, if possible, without affecting operations.
  • Review Vendors reports, bank transfers on Banks portals before authorization.
  • Managing cash movements to cover different obligations 
  • Managing and controlling online payment methods (Stripe - Payoneer - Wise ). Submit all recurring payments by using online cards
  • Ensure that all cash revenue are collected and all money are banked in due course as per company policy. 
  • Examine and forecast the company’s cash flow to ensure that liquidity is maintained and investment income is maximized. 
  • Monitor the company’s foreign exchange exposures and ensuring that the position is regularly forecast and controlled through liaison with the business. Streamline exchange risk by hedging the exposures when required. 
  • Perform ongoing assessment and review entire control environment of treasury.
  • Create performance reporting for the treasury function including currency exposure analysis.

Completed CTPMinimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the treasury function Exposure/experience interacting with bank and financial institutions, capital markets and general corporate treasury practical experience.Strong PC and systems skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and other reporting tools & ERPs.Working knowledge of IFRS.Expert knowledge and understanding of treasury and accounting functions and systems.Expert knowledge of financial management including fund management, investment banking, financial instruments, hedging, and risk assessment. Possess strong quantitative and problem solving skills.Excellent communication, analytical, managerial, reporting and presentation skills.Can join immediately
