- Verify the conformity of raw materials (in terms of quantity and type) during preparation in the raw material staging warehouse.
- Ensure proper calibration of all weighing scales used in raw material preparation and production processes, according to specific operational guidelines.
- Confirm adherence to product-specific operating procedures before, during, and after manufacturing.
- Follow product quality control protocols during production in accordance with Critical Control Points (CCP) standards.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and operational guidelines during the packaging phase, including weight accuracy and correct labeling.
- Verify that printed data on the product (product name, batch number, production date, weight, and expiration date) is correct and complete.
- Collect periodic samples from each batch during the packaging stage and store them in the retention sample room, following standard sample retention procedures.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities when operational instructions are violated during any production stage.
- Accurately record daily inspection data into the Odoo system based on each production area (Packaging – Raw Materials – Preparation – Mixing).
- Comply with and implement quality management, occupational health, and safety systems within the assigned work area.
bachelor's degree in Quality Control (Labor University / Faculty of Agriculture).1–2 years of experience in the field of Quality Control.
