- Collecting, qualifying, and distributing leads to the sales team.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate client information and interactions.
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Generating reports on sales activities, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Must have a proven work experience as a CRM at least 2 years in Real Estate companies (Developers - brokerage).Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Very Good in MS OfficeVery Good English is a must.
