- Greet mall visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about mall services, stores, events, and promotions.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Handle lost and found inquiries and procedures.
- Record visitor feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with mall security and housekeeping when needed.
- Assist in mall announcements and paging services.
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and filing.
- Monitor customer service kiosks, suggestion boxes, and feedback forms.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).Fluent in [English & Arabic].Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy environment.
