  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect, showcasing how our software solves their problems and delivers tangible value.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, the competitive landscape, and current industry trends.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses by monitoring Published RFIs/RFPs
  • Develop the technical and solution sections for proposals, bids, and offers, collaborating with other departments on technical design.
  • Collaborate closely with product, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Manage the proposal development process, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality, professional deliverables.
  • Assist in pricing discussions by accurately scoping technical effort and resource requirements.
  • Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor solutions, and industry trends, providing valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams.

Bachelor's degree in Management information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Have a solid grasp of information systems and how they're applied in enterprise environments.Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal, Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and document creation software (e.g., Microsoft Word).Preferred :Proven experience in writing, editing, and managing the creation of technical proposals and bidsFamiliar with the maritime industry.
