B2B Sales & Strategic Accounts
- Identify and secure bulk-buying clients, including real estate developers (e.g., for gifting), HNW individuals, family offices, and institutional buyers.
- Pitch Oro’s physical products as part of corporate gifting, loyalty programs, or investment
products. - Establish long-term relationships with luxury retailers, jewelry manufacturers, and trade channels.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through field outreach, referrals, events, and networking.
- Follow up on inbound leads and close high-value purchases through structured, consultative selling.
Sales Execution & Deal Closing - Prepare customized B2B quotes, product bundles, and bulk pricing.
- Conduct sales meetings, field visits, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
- Handle negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
Reporting & CRM Discipline - Update Oro’s sales tracking system (CRM or Google Sheets) daily with lead status, notes, and next steps
- Report weekly KPIs to the CEO or Sales Lead and adjust tactics as needed to meet monthly targets.
Retail & Offline Support - Support on-ground activation campaigns at kiosks or premium malls.
- Participate in Oro’s physical store expansion by contributing insights on potential commercial locations or partners.
Qualifications & Experience1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in retail, luxury goods, real estate, banking, or investment products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Highly disciplined in lead management and daily follow-up practices. Willingness to travel locally and meet clients face-to-face.
