- Monitoring all staffing changes, including new hires, transfers, leavers, and other amendments to salaries and company members' data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Create and manage daily leaves, missions, and excuses for company members in the system, reviewing attendance and leaves at the end of each month.
- Participate in training and development plans
- Participate in quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform company members about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g., extra vacation days)
- Update company members’ records with new hire information and changes in employment status
- Participate in planning the organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Contact & follow up with new applicants to schedule the interview with them
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process company members’ queries and respond on time
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Overseeing all branch administrative tasks.
- Managing and evaluating the blue-collar staff.
- Representing the company at tech and social events, “takes part in company marketing for the Cairo market.”
Proven work experience as an HR in a relevant position (+2 years)Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full-cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsHands-on experience with time attendance machines and generating attendance reports.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.A BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a relevant field is a plus.
