At Merhaba Tourism, we’re passionate about crafting tailor-made travel solutions for agencies and partners around the world. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver seamless, high-quality travel experiences.
 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    - Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
    - Be the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Sales & Business Development
    - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel packages and corporate solutions.
    - Develop strategies to boost client retention and revenue.
    - Stay ahead of industry trends through market research.
  • Operations & Coordination
    - Collaborate with the operations team for smooth trip planning and execution.
    - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
    - Handle escalations and resolve client issues quickly.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
    - Monitor client accounts for profitability and satisfaction.
    - Provide regular reports on sales performance and client engagement.

 


 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development (travel/tourism/hospitality preferred).Strong knowledge of corporate travel services and supplier management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Resides near Sheraton, El Matar, Heliopolis.
