Job Summary:

We are looking for an engaged, results-oriented Project Manager with substantial experience in either telecom or real estate to guide and harmonize cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to final handover. The right person will combine a forward-thinking approach, a pronounced sense of responsibility, and an advanced ability to lead diverse teams spanning finance, marketing, operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of strategic initiatives in either. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes. 

• Align internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth and timely project execution. 

• Create comprehensive project schedules and track progress, ensuring that all key milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints. 

• Direct cross-functional groups in marketing, finance, and operations, ensuring all efforts are synchronized with larger business goals.

 • Track project metrics, foresee risks, and apply containment measures to keep initiatives on track. 

• Confirm that the right people and tools are in place at each project stage.

• Engage with stakeholders at every level, delivering consistent progress reports and articulating the project’s broader business implications. 

• Promote an environment of accountability, proactive ownership, and ongoing process enhancement.
