Property Consultant Team Leader

Objectives of This Role:

  • Provide dynamic leadership and coaching to the sales team to drive performance and motivation.
  • Support agents in achieving their sales targets through ongoing training and direct guidance.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining high standards of customer engagement.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by addressing concerns collaboratively and effectively.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report team performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide dynamic leadership and coaching to motivate and develop sales agents.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Guide agents in client meetings and assist in closing deals when necessary.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Evaluate team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and reports to sales management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and intervene when complex issues arise.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new real estate developments.
     

Education:Bachelor’s BS degree.Experience:Proven experience in real estate sales at least 08, with at least 03 - 05 years in a leadership role.Solid knowledge of the local real estate market and customer preferences is a must.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).Skills Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
