- Diverse is looking for a Senior Shopify Architect who can lead development and integration projects across global platforms.
- Your Mission:
- Architect, build, and maintain advanced Shopify storefronts with custom themes and apps
- Lead integration projects with subscription management platforms and API-based payment gateways
- Work with REST and GraphQL APIs to extend Shopify’s core capabilities
- Optimize storefront performance, checkout flows, and user experience
- Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, and custom app developmentProven track record of integrating Shopify with third-party platforms (e.g., subscription billing, payment systems, CRMs, ERP)Deep understanding of Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL)Familiar with headless commerce concepts and JAMstack (e.g., Next.js, Hydrogen)Strong English communication skills – verbal and written➕ Nice to Have:German language proficiencyKnowledge of security best practices for e-commerce and payment dataExperience working with Shopify Hydrogen or Storefront APIBackground in SaaS or multi-tenant e-commerce models
