- Apply geographical knowledge to advise on routes, connections, and travel feasibility.
- Offer tailored flight solutions based on passenger needs and route logistics.
- Ensure accurate ticketing, fare adjustments, and customer follow-up.
- Stay current with airline regulations, route availability, and seasonal demand patterns.
Previous experience in flight sales, travel consultancy, or airline reservations.Proficiency in at least one GDS system: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.Strong understanding of global geography, international travel patterns, and airline routing.Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle ticketing processes, reissues, and refunds.Familiarity with travel documentation and visa requirements based on geography.
