- 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in a factory/manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated experience in a factory/manufacturing setting.Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
