Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Handle all after-sales support and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and networking.
- Generate medium to large-scale sales leads and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver customized product and service presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals.
Account Operations & Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Coordination, Marketing, Projects, Customer Service, and Warehouse) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Track and manage product replenishments, returns, and customer feedback.
- Analyze backlog status and contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.
- Ensure product displays, marketing materials, and promotional offers are effectively implemented in client showrooms and retail spaces.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and account growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to maintain and enhance service quality.
Strategic Planning & Coordination:
- Organize and manage annual business trips, client retreats, and other account-related events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted at key accounts.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutual business success.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.Experience in CRM systems and sales software tools.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving customer challenges.Ability to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and showroom visits.
