Job Responsibilities (JR):
- Lead full project lifecycle for construction projects exceeding EGP 1 billion in value
- Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and governmental authorities including Engineering Authority and Military Departments
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations
- Provide leadership to the site teams and ensure alignment with company standards
- Prepare regular project reports and present progress to stakeholders
- Resolve any project-related issues and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:10–15 years of project management experience in the construction industryBachelor's in Architecture from a public universityPrior experience in companies like Orascom, Hassan Allam, Elsewedy, Madkour, etc.Must have worked on projects worth EGP 1 billion or moreExperience working with military authorities (Engineering Authority, Military Intelligence, etc.)Age: Maximum 45 years
