What Success Looks Like:
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of all settlement processes between the company, its merchants, and its clients.
Success is defined by the timely and error-free handling of early settlements, prepayments, refunds, and merchant dues, in line with contracts and internal policies.
The role requires close coordination with Finance, Risk, and Operations to validate transaction data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a seamless settlement flow.
Accurate record-keeping, clear reporting, and strong operational discipline are essential. When the process runs smoothly, clients receive accurate refunds, merchants are paid on time, and the company sustains both financial integrity and operational efficiency
Bachelor’s Degree of Information Management, Business Administration or related field.1+ years’ experience in financial settlements, accounts, or similar roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectivelyAdvanced proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
