Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive plan for the eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. This often involves conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement. Develop and propose solutions to enhance these processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as project plans, business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides
• Maintain requirement traceability from collection of requirements to implementation
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to identify gaps and design solutions that meet business requirements. This may involve creating use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and updates.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements. Identify and document any issues or defects, and work with the development team to address them
• Support the implementation of new solutions by helping manage change within the organization. This may include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and assisting with user adoption.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and address any problems that arise.
• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
