10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.Strong background in the real estate sector and commercial development.Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and close deals.Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA is a plus).Solid analytical skills and a strong network of industry contacts.
