- Prepare new computers with the operating system and required applications for end users.
- Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues effectively.
- Diagnose system errors and other technical issues.
- Respond to user queries via email or phone in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to networks and computer systems.
- Follow up with staff to ensure full resolution of reported issues.
- Provide remote support to make changes and fix problems as needed.
- Run reports to analyze common complaints, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Keep hardware and software systems up-to-date to ensure optimal performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) 2012 or 2016 certification (Mandatory).A+ and N+ certifications or equivalent knowledge.Preferred: CCNA certification.Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
