- Respond to broker and brokerage inquiries via WhatsApp and official channels within SLA time frames (maximum 5 minutes).
- Provide brokers with updated pricing, unit availability, payment plans, and marketing materials upon request.
- Coordinate between brokers and the Indirect Sales team regarding client meetings, site visits, and deal progression.
- Monitor and update CRM records for all broker interactions and requests.
- Share launch messages, promotional content, and announcements in brokerage groups.
- Escalate complex queries or issues to the department supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory file and price list accuracy.
- Ensure all shared materials are consistent with company branding and guidelines.
- Proactively follow up with brokers to ensure continued engagement.
- Reporting Line: Reports to the Brokerage Relations Supervisor.
