- Lead and manage development and expansion projects within the factory.
- Coordinate between departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR) to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Analyze current processes and propose sustainable development strategies.
- Develop and implement plans for improving production lines and operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Research and implement new technologies to optimize output and minimize waste.
- Manage the project team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Project Management).Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in project/development management.Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), especially in medical devices or supplies.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.Effective communication with all organizational levels.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
