- Track new confirmed bookings, precisely update systems, and obtain timely hotel confirmation numbers directly from providers and hotels. - Maintain strong communication with suppliers and hoteliers, professionally addressing inquiries and concerns from guests and agents. - Work with our business partners and the sales team on guest arrivals and departures, manage special requests, changes, and cancellations, and promptly respond to inquiries from business partners. - Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, aligning with booked hotels, and proactively resolve unexpected issues. - Make sound decisions regarding alternative accommodations for affected bookings, stop-sales, or relocations, coordinating with internal departments, providers, and hotels to efficiently resolve customer issues and manage on-site concerns according to the company SLA.
