● Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
● Administer employee records, attendance, and payroll support
● Manage performance appraisal processes
● Support HR policies and procedures implementation
● Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards
● Assist in resolving employee concerns and disciplinary issues
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field● 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist● Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Proficient in MS Office
