Store Manager – Women’s Clothing Brand
Are you passionate about fashion and leadership? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our women’s clothing retail team!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Leading and training store staff on exceptional customer service and effective selling techniques
Creating a positive and energetic team environment that motivates and inspires
Managing stock control: ensuring physical stock and system records are always aligned
Overseeing stock replenishment and visual merchandising
Analyzing product performance: preparing regular reports on best and least-selling items
Ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in retail management in fashion is a mustMore than 10 years of retail experience in fashion “ from which at least 4 years as a store manage”Strong leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesPassionate about women’s fashion and trendsAble to work under pressure and solve problems proactivelyKnowledge in Odoo is a plusIf you’re ready to lead with style and be a key part of a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you!
