Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement / Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services to meet the company’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and performance to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient supply.
  • Lead negotiations to secure the best terms, pricing, and value for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Provide accurate and timely procurement reports and insights to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to ensure high performance and growth.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).7–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Proficient in ERP systems and procurement tools.Deep understanding of local and international sourcing practices.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Working ConditionsOffice-based position with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouses.Flexibility is required during high-volume procurement periods.
