Responsibilities
Website & SEO
- Maintain and enhance a WordPress-based website
- Publish and optimize new content for SEO
Graphic Design & Campaign Materials
- Create flyers, donation appeals, and promotional visuals for social media, newsletters, and print
- Translate communication strategies into compelling visuals
Social Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
- Conduct audience analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
Video Production (optional)
- Experience with social media video content is a plus
- Alternatively, coordinate with external video freelancers
