We’re Hiring – HR Generalist (2–3 Years of Experience)

Location: New Cairo

Industry: Trading, Distribution, Mobile Phones & Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee files, and HR documentation.

• Manage full recruitment cycle and coordinate with department managers for hiring needs.

• Source candidates, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.

• Experience in both HR operations and recruitment is a must.

• Previous background in trading, mobile phones, or electronics is a big plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

تنفيذ العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية مثل التعيين، وإنهاء الخدمة، وإدارة ملفات الموظفين والوثائق الخاصة بالموارد البشرية.
إدارة دورة التوظيف الكاملة والتنسيق مع مديري الأقسام لتحديد احتياجات التوظيف.
البحث عن المرشحين، وتنسيق مواعيد المقابلات، ودعم عملية التوظيف.
التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات الشركة الداخلية وقانون العمل المصري.
